The staffs were friendly and accommodating and I was able to check in early. The lobby and the room were simply modern and artistic. There was an express Ramen vending machine and choice of to go snacks with microwave in the lobby . The beds were comfortable. The gym and pool were decent . The location is great ;There were lots of food and dining options with walking distance, park near by , and shuttle bus to/from airport runs every 15 minutes. The stay overall was wonderful.

Very smooth check-in experience. Room was good and tidy. Very spacious. Perfect for a short stay before or after a flight or long layover. However, it can get a bit noisy from all the inbound and outbound flights due to the proximity to the airport. Not much food options nearby as well.

Hotel was ok. Room was not especially nice. Location was convenient in that it was super close to airport, but that meant a lot of noise from airplanes taking off and landing, so did not sleep all that well. Room was not cleaned all that well before we checked in. But the bar was nice with a pleasant relaxed family friendly vibe. Bartender was great, very friendly. Not happy about having to spend $39 to park our car at the hotel, but I guess that is the trend nowadays.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. nice spacious room. Very close to the airport with a convenient shuttle. Limited food options. Guests are guided to go across the street to the sister Westin for additional options or to local restaurants. Could benefit from more options for food.

I stayed at this location before. Nice hotel. Close to airport. Rooms are nice sized. Would stay again.

The design of the property is a refreshing change from the standard fare. The hotel is close to SF airport and the regularity of the shuttle makes getting to and from the airport effortless. Two negatives though: The staff was unusually robotic--they were fixated on their computer screens, made eye contact only briefly, mumbled through masks, and did nothing to make you feel like a guest. I was taken aback at their distance and it was at the desk and the bar. Secondly, the lack of food service is a real negative despite the companion property next door having a nice facility. Walking across that parking lot in the rain to grab a bit of dinner is not pleasant.

Nice comfortable modern rooms not sure of prices... it was paid by work. Friendly staff and a nice bar area. Only complaint was that the only food was either vending machine or sandwiches another premade items. Located close to the airport, so overall a good stay.

It was good for what I needed. I think if I was looking to network, or, ya know, be social at all this would've been an even better spot. Exceptionally friendly staff.

Nice clean hotel comfortable bed, walk mounted TV and large room. We enjoyed the cool colorful lobby great for socializing. The bar tender was very friendly and the check in was easy. I saved some money in overnight parking by using the shop hear app thanks to the front desk hostess. It's was only a 1 night stay but when I come back I would reserve a room. The pool area looked very inviting. Didn't get to utilize the breakfast but it was pay and go so I didn't miss much. Very close to the airport with shuttle access.

So maybe in a way my review may be skewed due to the fact they had a vending machine for PHO. That alone was cool. Anyway. True to form tech driven hotel in SFO. The room had an abundant amount of natural light. Spacious. Somewhat dated but I could overlook that. The only issue which is minor was the vinyl head board that appeared to have deep gouges in it. Kinda creepy or erotic depending on the time of day and imagination. All in all cool hotel.

Great location, shuttle to/from the airport every 15 minutes was really convenient. Room was clean and comfortable and price was good. There is a hot food vending machine in the lobby that was really fun. Only complaint is the floor of the shower is not properly sloped so water pools instead of draining. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Front desk check in was great. I had to combine 2 separate reservations (since I had to add an extra night), and they handled it without a problem. The airport shuttle is super reliable. The room had good insulation, so was quiet. A lot of choices for breakfast. Easy walk to the Millbrae station to take Bart to my appointment in SF.

Customer service was top-notch! Walkable area- I did not feel unsafe at all. Our room was clean and I loved that they had those airport luggage trolleys to help with my stuff. The lounge and welcoming areas were nice and clean. The elevators work great. I would book with them again

Clean, modern rooms and big lobby, standard size rooms with very nice bathrooms! Things to be known that weren’t issues for us whatsoever, but we didn’t realize when booking: no microwave in the room and there was just a shower (no tub.) I’m sure the room description was clear about that but I didn’t make the booking so didn’t realize until arriving. The staff were super friendly to me and my little kids, great parking and the pool added some fun for the kids.

Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight out of SFO. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
My room was clean...comfortable and well set up. And the shower is large enough to invite in a small dinner party of friends. Not that I would do that, the food would get wet.

It was overall a nice experience. We were here for 3 days and although it was expensive, it was near the airport so it's to be expected. The only problem was the parking. You had to pay to park overnight and that just really didn't sit well with my dad and when he asked the staff at the front if they knew any parking near the area that doesn't charge parking they just said “I don't know”. Which made my dad even angrier because he expected people who worked there to know the area well or at least have an idea. Overall though nice hotel.

The hotel is very close to the airport. There is a shuttle running almost 24 hrs. The hotel it’s nice. The room wall is very thin that u can hear people talking or another activities. There are many vending machine or stations for food, snack and coffee. it’s convenient for the morning coffee and breakfast to go. parking over night will be 40 dollars a night.

Wow! Amazing service does not even begin to explain my night at Aloft so far. Davine (I could be spelling his name wrong) and his co worker Jonathan were so very kind to me and my son, got us checked in very quickly and answered all of my many questions with smiles. Thank you for the amazing service! The room is modern, I love the shower and soap/shampoo dispensers. Plus the snack bar in the lobby includes a pho vending machine! I am definitely coming here every time I’m flying out of SFO!

My family and I were on an unplanned overnight stay in San Francisco and looking for a place to stay a few hours and rest. The beds are very comfortable and clean. We had a 6 am flight and took advantage of the free airport shuttle the hotel offers. Very modern, hip & comfortable all around.

I really loved the aesthetics in this hotel. Checking in and out was very fast. There were lots of food and drinks that you can choose from and purchase whenever you feel like eating or drinking. There was even a vendo machine for ramen! They were following necessary protocols as well. The room was great, I loved how it was made for convenience of the guests.

Great hotel staff. Very consistent service from the front desk and housekeeping. Love visiting this hotel. Darylene and Lance are the best. Love the new food options in the lobby. I just wish this hotel had a full service restaurant.

Great lobby. Very convenient to the airport with shuttle. The airport has a train that takes you to and from the rental cars. The wifi has 300M+ on speeds. Plus the bartender makes a great Rusty Nail!

Stayed here for one night. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The room was comfortable and clean but, with thin walls, you could hear what happens in the adjacent rooms. The hotel is very close to San Francisco airport. And the shuttle takes about 15mn to get there.

The hotel is near the airport. There are shuttle bus from hotel to the airport and via versa. Hotel room is spacious, clean. Check-in is quickly. Convenient for short stay and if you come late/early from the airport. Near the park so i can take a short run in the morning. Would definitely come back.

Great location to the airport. Very convenient, plus they have a shuttle that leaves and comes to the airport every 15 min. Which was great. Nice place, serves food downstairs, gym, pool, a nice lounge in the lobby. Will return here again if I'm in need of a place close to the airport.

I stay at this hotel often for work and I have a great experience each time. Great staff. Quiet on room floors. Awesome breakfast and food options. Very comfortable social atmosphere at and around the XYZ bar.

12345
Everything was clean and tidy. The vibe in the hotel and rooms is pretty cool. Very clean. There were plenty of towels and the beds were super comfortable. There were dark out roller shades instead of curtains. Very cool and they worked fantastic. Probably a heck of a lot easier to clean also so you don’t worry about dust being trapped. I had to check in after midnight because of flight delays and they accommodated me even though the website and automated phone message says they stop checking in at midnight. The shuttle to and from the airport was such a convenience. Those drivers could be a little more friendly though. Not a fan of the shampoo/conditioner combo so bring your own. Coffee in the room was good enough. Grab and go Breakfast options available for purchase in the lobby as early as 7am. Espresso also available for purchase

12345
Overall, my stay was nice. I booked at the last minute and yet my check-in was smooth, and the concierge was extremely nice and accommodating.
The room was really cute and comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have a microwave. I dreaded being in a pet friendly hotel but, thankfully, I didn’t encounter any pets during my one night stay.
The only problem was the loud person outside the hotel yelling at the top of his lungs around 6:00 am. It was an awful wake up call considering I had minimal sleep and was extremely exhausted.
Nevertheless, I will be flying back and forth to San Francisco frequently for the next few months, and I plan to stay here as often as possible.

12345
It's like every Aloft. Good, but now great. If you are looking for more than a rum and coke at the bar you will be disappointed. Pretty basic bar but other than that is is what you would think it is.

The check in process was very seamless, and I was able to check in early. The general aesthetic of the lobby was fresh and spunky. The rooms were adequately designed in a rather stylishly simple, yet functional set up. The decor was modern and cute. The beds were very comfortable. The gym was decent , and served the purpose for a short stay. There were lots of food and dining options with walking distance… the location was great. The staff was very polite and helpful and rather accommodating. The stay overall was wonderful.

Hip, chill vibe. Clean and fun rooms. There were little things though like the windows were dirty (on the outside) and the ice buckets were cheap (plastic) but all in all of a had fun. The staff was lovely.

This is a perfect place to stay if you are getting a flight in or out of SFO early or late. It has a fresh atmosphere. It is and feels safe. It is close to the airport. The rooms are fantastic and have everything you need to recharge your phones, tablets and watches. I really liked how fast the thermostat changed the room temperature to my liking. Great job Aloft!

12345
Good value for the money. Hotel is situated well to the airport and BART, also has an excellent bar area in the lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful. My biggest issue was that the rooms are needing a refresh and are showing a lot of wear and tear. Overall though we were very happy and would likely stay again on a stopover.

12345
The first room we got was terrible. Not cleaned and the ceiling looks like it was falling apart. We requested another room and they were very nice and gave us one of their newer rooms which was much better. The shuttle was good, probably waited about 25 minutes. Check in was fast

12345
Check in was smooth and employees were welcoming. The property seems well maintained, the gym was better than most, the room/ bed were clean/comfortable, and the location is convenient. There is plenty on-site parking but it costs $35 a day, they do have a shuttle. The only negative is the walls arent the most sound proof that I have experienced.
Marienela Langit
12345
Nice clean hotel. Customer front desk staff that assisted us when we checked in over the weekend was very helpful. Clean rooms, nice views. Pretty bumbed that the gym and pool areas were closed, but they do make it up with a billiards table, bar and upgraded vending machines at the lobby. A must stay in. Close to SFO airport and you can walk across the street for a jog by the bay with the airport view on the horizon.

Fun and modern hotel! Very nice and clean. Definitely up to the Marriott standard. Really enjoyed the stay. Convenient to the airport and for hopping on the BART to go downtown with just a short walk. Amenities were nice and they thought of all the little details. I'll definitely stay at another ALoft hotel and will return to this one if I'm passing through San Francisco again.

This hotel is hip and in a great location! All of the staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have. Also, the 24/7 snack area is amazing.

My last night at San Francisco and the flight of next day was 6AM, so if you want to go to the airport early and in time, this is a really good choice. The shuttle to the airport starts at 4AM and every 30 minutes, I took the 4:30 one. The room is good, big and bright. Just cross the highway within walking distance there is a mall with an In-N-Out Burger, so I just bought the burger and went back to my hotel room, probably 7 to 8 minute walk.

A bit loud due to its proximity to the airport, but that is also what makes this location desirable. Neat ramen vending machine in lobby, along with a good assortment of other food, drinks, etc. available. Live music some nights.

A very nice tech oriented hotel next to SFO airport. There's no free breakfast and their food prices are on the higher side. You're better off going out for food.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years and have found it to be reliably good and very convenient. The breakfast bowls are pretty good too.
Gabriela Ilabaca
12345
Very conveniently located by the airport with easy shuttle service. The rooms are great size and tidy. We felt very comfortable. Friendly front desk staff and very fun lobby area with games and the drinks were strong! My only two complaints is that the food on site is ridiculously overpriced and the heated pool wasn't heated at all. You are better off crossing to the west in to get a good breakfast.
KARINA GUZMAN
12345
It's a nice hotel, only a few years since it opened. They took pride in there design and feel. The rooms are nicely decorated and the showers are nice! We enjoyed the views and free parking. The pool, although it was small; it was warmed! Will definitely make our way back here.

12345
I had an excellent stay at Aloft. Check in was fast. The room was spacious and very clean. Decor is fun. Less than 5 minutes to SFO. Though I did not utilize the airport shuttle I saw it operating throughout the day and night. The best part of my stay was enjoying the amenities, including games, couches, bar, and cafe in the inviting lobby space. Pool and outdoor space were great too. Right across the street from park where you can watch planes take off and land. This is a great choice if you are traveling with kids like I was. I will 100% stay again.
Greg Knight
12345
The rooms are nice, the staff is nice. They are doing a lot of work inside, and I can see when they are done, this place it's going to be really cool. It is close to the end of one of the SFO runway, but you can barely hear it inside. The only complaint I had about this hotel is that it is a long building and the elevators are all on one side, so if your room is of the far side of the building you have a pretty long walk. I would definitely recommend the place, and stay there again in the future.

I had a great experience, I stayed for 5 nights. They were able to accommodate me for an early check-in.
There is no restaurant in the hotel but they do have snacks, some food options (ramen machine) in their lobby.
Parking gets pretty busy since they offer discounted airport parking. If you purchase your parking online it is a lot cheaper then in the hotel (you register your vehicle by license plate).

This hotel was a real nice treat! The hotel is very modern and has a very cool Japanese vending machine in the lobby - with only one veg option but hubby liked it- and a cool sight to see. The rooms were very nice also. It is very close to the airport (maybe the back side of it) but you can see it across the street. Our room was facing the airport and you can hear when the airplanes take off but it was not bother some. The lobby is large and has tons of seating. There is a pool table and lounge area. With covid, not many were hanging out in the lobby area, so it was nice to have the place all to yourself! Pool and gym are both closed during covid. I believe they have a dinning area as they have a restaurant type listed online. I didn't see it. It may have been re-purposed or in a different area but not sure where. When we stayed we went to pacifica state beach and it was a nice about 15 mile drive about 30 mins with traffic from the hotel.

The vibe, lobby, and room good. Did not realize parking in a virtually empty parking lot would cost me 30 dollars. It will affect my next decision. The soup vending machine is really cool.
